Enjoyed Baked Pork Chops for Dinner

Pork chops only take about 20 minutes to bake in the oven. Also cooked baked potatoes and called it dinner. A light dinner but very filling. Now looking for a good movie to drown out the fireworks around the neighborhood. I hope you all have a good evening. Hoping for a better tomorrow for those friends who are having a hard time. Thoughts are with you.

We had pork chops a night or two ago. I love them crumbed (breaded). I like anything crumbed or battered.

I finally did not eat my pork chop. I had a lot of cooked chard and it was not going to last until tomorrow. Think cream and grated Parmesan cheese did it.

@CarolDM No it would help if they gave me something for the pain but they didn’t. I will be calling tomorrow to get into the doctor for a appointment to get the mri and see about getting something for pain I can’t stand it

We had an old-fashioned cookout this evening, with hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, potato salad, cole slaw and mixed fruit. Tried to keep it pretty simple, especially with all the rain.

I love pork chops but haven't had them in awhile. Those certainly look delicious. We were up late because of the fireworks. New neighbors thought it was just fine to be shooting them off at midnight.

It was not too bad. Neighbors went a little overboard but the light show was actually nice for a few minutes. Hope yours was good as well.
