Will I have a sunflower soon?

I'm taking bets on when my tallest sunflower will finally bloom. It's above my railing now. A few others are growing nicely. Maybe I'll have a few blooms at once!
Send your guesses as to when I'll see yellow, along with $100, to Horse@GoFundYourself.com. @FourWalls set up the account for me. Just kidding!
But I am calling all self-proclaimed flower experts to guess with me: How long until I see yellow?

I can't call myself an expert, but I'll guess three days. Three days and they'll all bloom simultaneously!
Forget the hundred bucks, you crazy horse!

@CinnamonGrl Heh. I'll provide updates. Unless I'm too busy. That's a joke.

You know, you and I could start a funding site together.
We can call it Fund You and The Horse You Rode In On......

I just noticed a large sunflower behind my backyard where it meets the meadow. Nobody in our neighborhood has sunflowers, so not sure where it came from. Unless maybe some bird pooped out a seed as they were flying by.

Maybe by the weekend. I love sunflower seeds. You'll have to beat the birds to them!

@TheHorse Yes, I plant tomatoes each year. I also grow eggplant, squash, cucumbers and I've even had pumpkins. Nothing like tomato sandwiches.
Good luck with your corn. That would be a great addition to any garden!

Ohhh, you can see it budding at least! We planted our seeds rather late . . . it's about 6 inches high and only at the 4-6 leaves stage. We have no expectations . . . just trying to keep them alive
. Anyway, hope you see yellow very soon!
