Goat Yoga is Real!

My son and his girlfriend took a goat yoga class on this sunny beautiful Sunday. He sent me lots of photos of his girlfriend and the only photo of him. Goats were all over the place! I truly don’t know what they do except make yoga more fun and full of laughs. My son works out every day and has the body to prove it. Goat yoga was just something to do with his girlfriend. He never did yoga of any kind before. I do yoga at home now and could use a few goats to make it more fun.

The title is very controversial, waheehee. I like that kind of yoga. It looks like fun.

Apparently people like it. Usually goats are placed on your back, but this was free range yoga.

@DianneN I would not like to have a goat around, they communicate by biting.

@LadyDuck They nibbled my hair once, and another time tried to eat my hair ribbons. They are cute.

I'd be worried a goat would fall off my back and break its legs.

They have it here too. It sounds like it would be fun. You should try it. I'm surprised the goats don't get in the way. It would make it more fun with them around. Like the picture.

My son told me he wants us to go with them next time, but when it's cooler. It was too hot in the sun. Usually, the goats jump on your back, but not if you are standing. lol

To me, yoga is so difficult without goats, but they had a lot of laughs with those goats. I would love to try a session. Do you take classes in Lake Worth?

@isweartokira That would be too far to go for classes. How is Lake Worth doing with the virus? I can't find anything specific online. All I know is that we won't be back this winter.

I love goat cheese, too. I wouldn’t let a goat in my house . Goats tried eating my braids and hair ribbons. Our neighbor had a goat years ago, and it came onto our deck and bucked my son.

I've heard of goat yoga but never knew anyone who did it. Sounds like a fun way to try something new. I used to love watching the Biggest Loser and one of the trainers had their team doing yoga. It's not as easy as it looks. Do you like it?

I consider myself a beginner. It's very difficult but good for flexibility. I always watched the clock 15 minutes before my hour sessions were over. Yet, I'd do it again and do some at home. Now, I want to go with the kids to do goat yoga when it's a bit cooler out. My son said doing it in the sun yesterday was a killer!
