There's been a change of plans for my trip tomorrow to Washington Island. It just might not be in the cards to go at this time. My friend has two cats and one, the female, has been sick and throwing up all day. So, she's taking her to the vet tomorrow. I won't say it's not disappointing, but I totally understand. Her cat is much more important than a trip to Washington Island. That can wait until a day when everything is working out. So, I thought to myself, what can I do to make this day perfect? Then I remembered my favorite park. It's looking better than it was but still needs a good trim. I love the wild look though and at least I could walk closer to the edge and get some good pictures of the waves. They were high as you can see in the picture, I hope. I need to make a collage of them. I tried to get shots of good wave splash and succeeded slightly. Someone came along with a camera and I asked her to take a picture of me. That's the picture above, one of them. They also gave me some brownies for my birthday. Yes, I told them it was my birthday. It was quite breezy which accounts for the high waves rushing for shore. It was a bit crowded for the park, maybe it was the lateness of the day. There were people sunbathing, and enjoying the fresh air and just happy to get out and enjoy the weather. I'm going to get off the computer for a little bit, watch something, and come back before I go to bed. I also have my last steps for the day right now. How have you been today?
