Loaded Baked Potato for Dinner

Another hot summer day almost gone. Decided on a light meal for dinner. Loaded baked potato. Adding bacon to this one today. So much you can do with potatoes. Hope you all are having a good day. No bluebird babies seen yet but I will keep my eye out for sure. Looking for a good movie to watch later. Nothing on as usual. Enjoy your evening folks! Stay safe and well out there.

We ate ice cream for supper. Just too hot. We had a topped potato at noon, though. Chili, onions, cheese, bell pepper. Always an easy choice.
