Making My Own Disenfectant Spray Bottles

Before I left Florida I was able to buy two bottles of rubbing alcohol. I made a big spray bottle to use on the trip north. I decided I wanted to be able to carry a small fine mist of alcohol to clean things when we are out and about. I found the cute little bottles on Amazon. This makes an inexpensive way to feel a little safer when you have to leave home.

Yes and it is and lt is cheaper than the more expensive sprays they sell. I did buy an expensive spray that has no harmful chemicals and smells of orange but I hate to use it much, it was $18 for a small bottle.

I always wonder whether this helps. I discovered that chlorine did not. So I stay at home.

Today I went with Kasey to visit a financial advisor and we have doctors' appointments and the like. I am having a hard time picturing my social butterfly staying at home but I truly understand why!!

@BelleStarr We cancelled everything, but did have a health checkup online. We speak to our financial advisors on the phone monthly, year round or more if necessary.

@DianneN Kasey was setting up a new investment account so wanted my advice, she usually didn't take care of these things.

That is a really great idea. I have a few bottles of body spray that are almost empty, now I have an idea how to repurpose them when they are finished.

They sell them here as "airplane bottles" I have one in the car with hand sanitizer, I use it all the time I touch something.

That's a good idea. Big bottles are fine but smaller ones are very handy in some situations.

I got a thieves oil mixed with some carrier oil in a spray bottle that I use when I am out to disinfect

I have done that too as it is better for me to carry a small but handy disinfectant spray bottle in my bag whenever I go out.

@BelleStarr Yes it is. My husband feels like going; but Florida is one of the worst places to go right now.
