A cuppa coffee please!

It is past 3pm here and I am so sleepy. I am in the mood to write and read books so I am going to fix myself a cup of coffee. Focus is something I seldom get in a day so I am.taking advantage of it though it means popping in here for some distraction. Are you having a cup of coffee now?

@Janet357 Sometimes 3 or 4 but rarely more than that. I only drink instant and don't like it too strong.

I just took banana in lunch but once 3:30 PM i will take tea as here we prefer tea mostly but take coffee too.

@Janet357 No, there is not a schedule, but I never drink coffee after 2 pm, I cannot sleep if I drink coffee in the afternoon.

@Janet357 There are lots of trees where I live. Sometimes I walk further to our high school where there aren't many trees if it's not too hot out. They have a soft track to walk on, and I love it there. I refuse to walk at the trails where I always used to walk. Even though we have to wear a mask and social distance, it's impossible if someone walks too slow or too fast to social distance.

I had one in the afternoon and it is already way past midnight in my country and I still haven't been able to sleep yet. I am like this whenever I drink coffee. Coffee seems to be still in my bloodstream. Hahaha. I just couldn't stop drinking coffee because it gives me energy and instantly lifts up my mood whenever I feel gloomy. And if you'd ask me if coffee is worth it having trouble sleeping then my answer is a big YES. Coffee is definitely worth it. Haha
