July 29 - What I'm Thankful for Today

It isn't the error screens. I just thought I'd let you know I'm not thankful for those. They've been bad today and why I'm leaving early again.
Still, I'm thankful for the wonderful workout I had in the pool this morning. The hot tub was helpful to my very painful knees.
I'm thankful for the exercise I got when I got home and the walk. It helped me achieve my steps and now I'm way over 10 K.
I'm thankful for the posts I was able to read and comment on today. I know many of you are as frustrated as I am. However, it was still a good day here.
Okay, that's a snapshot of my day. I'm going to write a scene in Vendetta and get off the computer. What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me. It's my newest plant, a miniature rose.

I like your mindset. Looking at the things we are thankful for instead of finding faults in our day gives a brightening effect in our lives. I try to do this most of the time and I find myself smiling more and feel more relaxed. Instead of focusing on the things we lack, we should be thankful for the things that we have. One of the things that I am thankful for is having a roof above my head. It is the rainy season in our country now and I am very blessed to be living inside a house

@Peymus73 Welcome to myLot. Yes, it gives a wonderful feeling when you are thankful rather than finding fault with everything. That's easy to do. However, when you are thankful, it starts becoming a habit and you don't see the faults and even find those faults turning into blessings in disguise.
I'm glad you have a roof over your head in the rainy season.

I am thankful for a friend who gave me her fragrant roses from her garden and so I was able to make rose water toner for my face.

@just4him Hello Valerie, it's been forever since I last commented on your posts but I am glad to say I am back! Nice post as usual, God I forgot how I missed being in here lol. Back to your question, I am thankful for living another day and also for the good health that I have and my loved ones have too!

@just4him Valerie lots of things I had no more internet at hole, then got a new job a hotel in my country, but later I got my Visa to be able to come to Chile then moved her and that's why I was absent! I will try to stick around more often now!

Did you get some last night too? When I looked at the weather map it looked like Ontario, Quebec, and eastward were getting a good dose of rain.
I'm glad the hospital tests are done.
Thank you. I have one more day in the pool before my surgery next week.
