Tuesday & Daily Health Report for August 10

Today is laundry day. I've been at my son's since early this morning. It proved to be an interesting morning. My grandson, asleep when we got there, woke shouting about a bee in his hair. It turns out there's a huge almost basketball-sized hornet's nest in the basement near the washer. It didn't take my son long to call his landlord. He's sending the bee guy out tomorrow. A search showed where they were getting into the house under the siding on the back corner of the apartment house. I also wanted to check out a health food grocery store near his apartment. I'm enjoying some fresh cored pineapple. After shopping, he brought me home so I could finally have breakfast, which I'm just finishing. It's probably lunch since it's after 12 noon. While the washer was doing its thing and before I knew there was a hornet's nest in the basement, I got 20 minutes on the treadmill. More exercise while I watched TV with my son, and a good walk in, accomplishing my 10K steps. I also have over a hundred minutes in exercise. That was my interesting morning. I'll be shopping at Fresh Thyme in the future. It's a little more than regular grocery stores, but the food is fresh and it's healthy. That brings me to yesterday's numbers. Yesterday proved to be a very good day too. I ate more than I wanted, but most of it was fruit. So, though the calories are higher than usual, this morning's weigh-in brought me back to my low. So, it was all good. Here are my numbers. Food Calories: 1620 Carbs: 51% Fat: 33% Protein: 16% Uncategorized calories: 71 Fitness Steps: 19,448 Miles: 7.33 Activity: 132 Water: 3.5 bottles Calories burned: 2327 Total Calories: -707 Weight: 185.4 Yesterday's weight dropped four ounces. Today dropped it 2.4 pounds. After the excitement of the morning, I don't know if I can top that for the afternoon.
