I fell on the garage stairs.

I am worried.
Today I stepped in a bad way and fell on the garage stairs. First I lay on my butt then my elbows touched the next stair (and got scraped) and there I was terrified that my head would hit the concrete so I held all my body with my arms.
I don´t know if I will be hurting a lot tomorrow. Everyone says the second day is the worst.
I am beginning to get very worried that I live alone. I will have to think about that.

I have ice packs in my freezer. But that´s not my idea of comfort in winter.

@marguicha I just said that because if we fall, ice is what we are told will help pain and swelling.

@marguicha same here. We had 2 maids before until one left in January. Until now we couldn't find a replacement.

I will see how it is tomorrow. But it seems that for now the worst is the scraped elbow. i am more terrified of doctors in this moment with the COVID. If it hurts too much, I´ll call one of my girls.

@marguicha I share your fear since I feel falling down since I have to walk around a few of the cats that decide to sit down on the floor when I have to go to the kitchen.
