Hey everyone I hope you're doing amazing today!
This week I definitely had to remind myself often of God's amazing love in the midst of my broken heart. God is so good and His peace is awesome, even in the midst of trials!
My sweet fur baby "Girl" (we didn't name her), passed away on Friday. We had her for 12 years! She was so loving, amazing with all kids-loved them all, and she hated to see me especially sad or crying. 
She was one of a kind and I miss her so very much. She was one of my kids. She was spoiled and so so loved. She passed away at home, with me close by. That I'm grateful for. My kids are sad as well of course but they are starting to bounce back from the loss. I'm having a harder time with that...
My mother text me this morning saying your grandmother is in a really bad way, she may not have much longer...
Y'all I need some prayers please, thanks in advance for them!!

@Juliaacv Thank you. =( My heart has broke. We tend to think at times that our loved ones will always be there. Then this happens and it's eye opening and heart breaking at the same time.

Losing a pet is heartbreaking. I'm so sorry to hear about Girl and I know you miss her.

Thank you for praying for my Grandma too, she's in a lot of pain and has stopped eating.

@LovingMyBabies I know you have a lot of faith but it's still hard when tough times hit. Prayers for your Grandma that she may pass in peace.
Also losing Girl is a major hole in your family.

I feel so bad, Jennifer! Our animals are family members, as you've already said in this writing. They are a big part of our life, along with those people we love dearly! My grandma was my best friend, for a long time Yes, I definitely will pray for you, my pleasure

I am very sorry to hear that. That is truly devastating and painful. But you should think of Girl from that perspective, that she was loved and cared by you and your family and she had a great wonderful life, any dog would dream of. She is in better place now and someday you will see her again.

Oh Jennifer, I am deeply sorry for your puppy's passing. It must be hard to bounce back from it, though I bet God will lead you through this time! As for your Grandmother's situation the best to do for her is praying so she can go in peace with God if it is his will! Sending you the best vibes and energies!

I know God has been getting me through this or I'd be much worse than I am now.
Yes I've been praying for her. Shes in constant pain and isn't eating anymore.

@Ladyduck Thank you. They were but they bounced back much quicker than I have from her loss. She was my baby.
My grandma is sadly in a lot of pain and has stopped eating now. =(

Sorry for the loss of your sweet baby Girl. I know pets can become cherished and loved members of the family, and they are so loving and non-judgmental and help us get through so many ups and downs of life.
I will keep you in my prayers as you grieve the loss of your dog, and also as you face the challenges ahead with your grandmother.

@moffittjc God is helping me to be better each day. Of course I miss her like so crazy but I also know she wouldn't want me to be sad, matter of fact she was always the one who kissed away my tears! She hated me being sad.

@LovingMyBabies I agree. We think that our pets will always be with us, even though we know they won't. It's hard to imagine our future lives without them. I hope you are doing okay.
