Anna @Juliaacv - My husband answered the phone, he told me nothing but to get dressed that we had to go to my Dad's house. In my heart I knew but I refused to believe. As we entered the building and the concierge offered his condolences, I fainted.

Anna @TheHorse Exactly and the video showed that the aircraft was unable to gain altitude. It's a shame that they do not stop an aircraft to check it better when the passengers complained of tech issues at their arrival.
