Anna I have found the piece of news in the NY Post. I understand that they say that they noticed an increasing number of students choosing to use those bottles as a weapon on other students, but I agree that it may happen also after school hours.

Anna @toniganzon - Traditions often pass to the countries that trade a lot with another country. August has always been a month where most business are closed in Italy. Italians always had a long summer vacation, minimum 15 days, but often 3 to 4 weeks.
