Any advice on selling property?

I currently have a 2 bedroom condo in Punta Cana with a pool and BBQ area about 5 minutes from the beach I want to sell. I'm asking for 60,000 usd and tried selling it via real estate agent and they are honestly just lazy.
Anybody has any suggestions or websites that I are good to sell property?

Yeah it's in a nice tourist area, currently rented for 550 usd a month fully furnished

You can post it online ma friend for easy spread of the word,then put some sign outside the house that its for sale..you can also make it house for rent so you have income monthly
