@RubyHawk Thank you for telling me Ruby. I too have a son who is sick so I more than understand. There are no words to comfort that I can say here as I know that would be futile. Do you have other children too? Or was he the only?

@RebeccasFarm I’m sorry your son is sick, you have my sympathy. I have two other sons which I’m so very thankful for.

@RubyHawk I am so sorry he was in pain. No matter how much we are prepared it is always a shock. He is resting in peace now.

@RubyHawk It was the same for me for my mother. After the stroke she was paralyzed and in pain and she did not enjoy life anymore.

@LadyDuck I take great comfort in knowing he isn’t suffering pain. It’s the only thing that helps.

@RubyHawk Staying strong is all we can do but don't forget to cry when you need to, they are our children and we have a right to grieve for them as long as we need. My heart is with you Ruby.

@RubyHawk OH Ruby, I was the same way, we lost a part of us that we will never get back, that's quite a shock. Do you believe he is still with you in spirit, that's the only thing that keeps me going. I talk to mine all the time

It will be two years 29th of August since my son passed away. I didn’t come back to Mylot until my mate passed away last September 10. It’s been a hard two years but I’m still putting one foot in front of the other. Thank you for responding. It’s still fresh in my mind and probably always will be.

@RubyHawk Never easy to say goodbye. How old was your son if you don't mind me asking?
