Going for simple again tonight. I had to work late today and my wife went to the YMCA to work out.
Just making some Bremer salisbury steaks from Aldi, baked potatoes, and corn cooked in butter.
On my potato I will slather on some leftover gravy from the salisbury steaks, sour cream, bacon bits, and whatever else suits my fancy.
By the way, might I just say I really like salisbury steak. We usually alternate between On-Cor, Bremer, and Banquet depending on the price. It's crap. The salt content is horrible. But it is quick and easy, and it tastes good, and it is fairly cheap. Usually under $3 for a package that makes 6 steaks.
What is going on your dinner table tonight?

The salisbury steak sounds good, as well as a baked potato. Hope you enjoyed!

@porwest I am not a fan of vegetables in general, besides potatoes - and I wouldn't consider those a vegetable lol

@MommyOfEli2013 I used to be like that when I was a kid. But now I love them. I DO really love potatoes as well. Come to think of it, not sure if they ARE a vegetable. I guess I could look it up. lol
