I'll be sitting on several of them this weekend. I would rather stay home, but I'll always help my best friend / sister when I can. Plus, who doesn't love spending time with fur babies?
I'm not sure whether I'll bring yarn with me, but I've thought about it. This will probably be a weekend full of just watching television... About the only time I ever spend a day doing that is when I'm at her house.
I just have to remember to bring all my food.

I usually hear from brother in law or sister around this time of year too, so that I can petsit for them. No go this time though.

I eat up the attention I get when I go to the friend's house. Especially when I am the only one there.

I spend all the time with Luna but I wouldn´t call her fur baby. She is now over 2 years old (a teen) and has learned a lot of things by herself. I confess I am not a good teacher. At this time of the life, I think she weighs aroound 70 pounds.

@thislittlepennyearns She does not fit in my house. Even when she was a puppy, she was too big.

That's also because she has been outside her whole life. She's not really a baby then.

@marguicha I just personally believe its cruel to make an animal, that is domesticated live outside all the time.
That's not a pet.

My dogs are great company and I love them to pieces
Hope you had a good weekend with your fur babies and I'm sure it's greatly appreciated when your friend can leave her pets with someone reliable.

She knows that I'll take care of them like they were mine. I did have a good weekend soaking up the love from the furbabies.
One of her dogs loves to lay on the couch and put his head on your thigh. It's the sweetest thing.

@Marilynda1225 They really are and they are so smart. They know when their humans need love.
One of her dogs loves giving hugs (she just pushes her snout into your armpit and / or lays her paw on your chest)

A border collie and two german shephards
The cats are a black cat and a muted calico. The black cat is spoiled, he goes outside with the dogs every morning.

@LadyDuck As do I. Black cats are the most cuddly. Binx is the name of the black cat, and most of the time when I first walk in the door he lets out a big meow in greeting. I also can say "Well, aren't you going to come say hello?" and he comes running to me. He's a sweetheart.
