Transferring Plants Inside

The weather is getting cold here in Germany where I am. Soon, Autumn is here and I will be posting photos again of golden leaves. At the moment we have only 12 °C this evening.
As it is getting colder in the evening, I have to bring some plants in our living room. I transferred my calamondin/calamansi plant in the living room so they will not be destroyed from the cold. It should not be under 10°C. Aloe vera pots are also inside the house again.
My zinnias have only a few flowers now but every now and then they have visitors like a wasp, butterflies, and bees. I have not taken a photo of a butterfly yet as it was gone when I have my camera with me.
Do you have to transfer some of your plants inside the house?
Anyway, I hope you have a wonderful weekend. I hope everything is fine in your neck of the woods. Thanks for reading.

Spring is here in NZ and I've again prepared the veggie garden. Last Saturday, my daughter and I went to buy 4 sacks of compost and seeds of tomatoe, capsicum, rocket, lettuce, spinach and I have some leftover seeds of eggplant which I will also plant. We also bought a nylon net so that the birds and the neighbor's cat can't mesh with my plants. We always wanted to plant calamansi but never saw any of that for sale.

@thelme55 Yes, we're still in NZ. We've just been given interim visas because of the difficulty of travel due to the pandemic. I'm enjoying because I see my grandson from the time we carried to the time he learned to crawl, then walk and now he runs. Lately, when I lay down inside his playpen viewing TV, he comes over to me and kisses me all over the face and sometimes with his saliva dripping on my face hahaha? My wife and my older daughter are envious because he does not do it to them but to me only :) This afternoon we brought him to the day care center for an hour of trial. I pitied him because he cried so much when his mom gave him to the day care staff. I can imagine him crying much tomorrow and on Friday when he will be at the day care the whole day.

@sunrisefan Oh, that is cute of him. You are so very lucky to have your grandson with you. The pandemic has done a good treat to you as you were able to stay in NZ and enjoy your family. For the first day of daycare, it will be hard for him but then the time will come that he hesitates to go home.
I know as I have experienced that with my son when he was still small.

So you are still in NZ. I hope you are still enjoying your stay there @sunrisefan. I hope you can find calamansi plants there or at least seeds for you to plant. Thank you.

Whenever I see Zinnia flowers, it reminds me of my olden days where butterflies comes and sit on the flowers

Fortunately we don't have to do that here being a tropical weather. I have bought few plants indoor as they do better here and also to bring some nature and beauty inside. Those are pretty blooms.

You know here we don't since we don't have much that kind of weather. Instead, we bring out some plants that are in the shaded area outside when it is raining...

We will be beginning colder temperatures next week. It seems we will have about a 20 degree drop. I am bringing my tender plants in. Some need repotted. I will harvest green tomatoes at some point and hope that they will ripen indoors.
