Grilled Cheese and Chips for Dinner

Been on the phone and computer most of the day. A few issues were resolved, others not yet.
Decided on another light dinner. Grilled cheese and chips. And maybe a kosher pickle on the side. I love the taste of sour pickles with a grilled cheese. Kosher is my favorite. Not a huge fan of dill pickles.
The hummingbirds have slowed down at the feeder. They will be leaving soon. Kind of sad. But they will return in the spring. Enjoy the evening everyone.

Dill pickles are good but kosher pickles are the very best! I love them, too:)

@CarolDM They are way too sour, most of them! Claussen's makes delicious kosher spears:)

A nice light meal. I love pickles of all types. In fact, just about 30 minutes ago I was debating whether or not I wanted to make a peanut butter and pickle sandwich for lunch, or maybe a pickle and banana sandwich. But unfortunately, I'm out of pickles so I had neither.

I would love some creamy tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. Haven't had this combo in a while. That's comfort food.

@CarolDM We actually have a can of Progresso Tomato Basil soup. And we have lots of cheese and some white bread. Maybe we will have that tonight.

Ahh grilled cheese, I love that, nice choice! I agree, pickles definitely go with that kind of thing
Since I am farther north, I believe the hummingbirds have already left, or very soon, as well. It is too bad, since they are such a neat thing to see.
