I can’t believe my cutie is almost 6 months. I felt so alone. I felt like my world was crumbling into tiny pieces. I remember a friend saying, “Trust me sweetie, being pregnant is not the worst thing that could happen.” I knew she was right, but in my mind my life was over. I couldn’t see the other side. All I could see in the mirror was a young girl in an abusive relationship who got herself stuck by getting knocked up. And now here we are. My beautiful baby boy is my world and I could never imagine my life without him. I’m no where near where I want to be, but God, does he make every moment worth it. Do you guys have anything in your life that seemed scary at first and then became a huge blessing?

Well, I was once in an abusive relationship but I fled after the first time he punched me, lucky for me I was not pregnant. I hope you left the abuser, your son should never see his father beat his mother.

Do you watch the British soap opera EastEnders? There's a girl in there called Chantelle who is in an abusive relationship with her husband Grey. There's also a domestic abuse storyline in Coronation Street. Do you think it's right that soaps feature this kind of storyline?

I don't watch any kind of soaps @sharonelton I much prefer shows like Star Trek or Star Gate. Not everyone wants to watch the same kinds of shows but I would hope they wouldn't let children watch this kind of violence.
