Catfish, again

Hubby wanted to have catfish again, from the place that under cooked my piece and I felt we could give them another chance.
Our food was very good. The pieces were large and were very tasty. There is enough left fo lunch tomorrow.
Now that I have eaten and I am warm and relaxed I will probably just go on to bed.

@crazyhorseladycx We would save a ton of money if we did that. In general it is the convenience I am after.

Good to see you friend. Yes, this is the only local cafe and we do not often go there, but yummy catfish when done right.

Yes, the last time was a mistake on their part for part of the fish to be under cooked. This time it was very good.

For a meal with two large pieces we paid $10.99 each. We will not do this every week.

Yes, I saw my typo this morning. I am so very tired from all the back to school shenanigans. This time the fish was done right. I swear these are the biggest pieces of cat fish I have ever seen.

Our little town has almost no business, so this is vital and it is on a truck route as well. I am friends of the owners and manager and I really want to find things they make that are yummy and reasonable, just for the convenience for us and the support for them.

I had catfish once and it was not cooked properly so it put me off it for life never had it again

It needs to be cooked thoroghly and be very crispy. I can understand how a bad bit would turn you off.

According to my fitness tracker, I certainly did. I know I did not get up out of bed at all. I was groggily awake a few time, but got almost nine full hours of sleep.

That's good that you were able to enjoy it the second time there. If it happens again maybe they would recommend your piece longer.
