Sunset over the Rockies

It's kind of strange that I took this picture only four days ago. I took the "Western" route home to California from our family cabin in the Judith Mountains of Central Montana.
This is taken from the roadkill 2-lane highway (I think it's called MT 200) that takes one from Great Falls Montana to Missoula Montana. I even get to drive through Lincoln MT, where the "Unibomber" lived.
Anyway, this is what the sunset looked like as I drove. I had no idea what I would see the next day as I neared Portland via I-90 along the Columbia River Gorge.

That is a great photo!
"Unibomber" - is that signifying some famous person or some historical figure?
And how did your plants do in your absence?
