What's for breakfast today?

I just drove through some fire-ravaged areas in Oregon. I will do a post with pictures soon.Herein California, it is hazy, but there are no fires threatening my neighborhood.

@TheHorse Good Indian cooks can adopt to other cuisines as well. But buy a house in a hill state like Himachal Pradesh or Uttarakhand.

I'm glad my post inspired you! I was just talking to my friend from India. He is the father of Horse Jr.'s young friend who is about to turn six. He was trying to convince me to move to India when I retire. He told me I could buy a nice house, hire a man-servant to cook me breakfast, etc. I would demand that he be a good cook, as I love Indian food. But I eat mostly Indian lunches and dinners. I don't know their/your breakfasts.

I can't tell. Things are terrible in Oregon. Here, at my house, it has been the same--hazy--for at least three weeks.

@MALUSE I do it most of the time, but sometimes I'm too busy. If I ask "ahead" (two days before), I make the time. If it's a spur of the moment thing, I might not.

ChHicken burrito from Chuy's still doesn't make sense to me. Shouldn't you be having Kun Pao Chicken and getting your burrito at Jose's?

Sounds good! I have eggs, bread, milk, butter and syrup here. I make French Toast once in awhile.

I'm having one now! But there's bacon in the pan. I just haven't turned it on yet.
