I was trying to make room for the cooked hen in the deep freeze when I found some frozen apricots from last year´s bounty.
I decided to turn them into jam and there they are, cooking with sugar. The house smells delicious and I have to go and check it every once in a while.
Do you make jam? What kind?

I love plum too. I have a couple of wild plum trees in the street and I get small plums to make jam and juice. I love plum jam with yogurt.

@marguicha I would never have thought of having jam with yoghurt. That sounds a great idea.

I make a few different jelly and jam. My favorites are strawberry and grape.
