Good morning. Daylight has come to Green Bay, Wisconsin. In a short while, less than an hour, I'll be leaving for my pre-op physical. So, it starts, and I'm excited to get this surgery on Monday. I have appointments Thursday and Friday too, with a COVID-19 test on Friday before my appointment to numb my knee. It's going to be a busy three days. Or not. Tomorrow will be with Joint Camp, a three-hour appointment. Okay, I know you want to know how I did yesterday. I think I did well with both food and fitness. Here are yesterday's numbers. Food Calories: 1376 Carbs: 45% Fat: 30% Protein: 25% Uncategorized calories: 66 Fitness Steps: 17,888 Miles: 6.8 Activity/Exercise: 95 Minutes Water: 4.5 Bottles Calories burned: 2348 Total calories: -972 Weight: 181.6 My calories were less than the day before by 2 ounces. Today it's up again. I'll be so glad to get off the medication. I think I did okay with my fitness. I wanted to get more minutes of exercise, but my back protested, so 95 was the best I could do yesterday. Overall, I think I did well. How did you do with food and exercise yesterday? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

Thank you. I don't know anything about it either. I know if they're even half thinking about sticking me with a needle in my knee, I'm not going to be happy. I shouldn't be surprised they're doing a COVID test before surgery. Thank you. I worked hard to get this far. Even the nurse told me she was proud of me this morning for all the weight I've lost.

@crazyhorseladycx This is what I was fighting those plateaus for. As long as I see the word obesity on the doctor's papers, I'll keep fighting until it's been eradicated from said papers. I still have a long way to go. I'm not done fighting for my health.

No, I'm not worried about it especially as my son honored a request and brought me a hot dog and fries back from Elgin with him yesterday. It's only the best hot dog place I know and even though it's a day old, it's still delicious.

There is so much required to do for knee replacement, but all necessary. I wouldn't worry about my weight too much until you are back on your feet.
