There was something special in my mail.

For many decades I haven´t had anything but bills in my mail. I don´t expect love letters any longer.
But today (it was sent before but I did not read it) I found a letter from my wifi provider.
Some of you may remember that the wifi was out where I live for over 3 hours. I had no TV, no phone and no internet for my laptop. I had nothing
Bt then the provider sent me (us) a note saying that there was going to be a discount of a day from our bill. And that we would have a week´s free of Pay on Demand TV.
That was nice. I guess it amounts to a love letter.

This is the first time. I believe that there are too many providers trying to get the prospective clients.

@marguicha Yes, you are correct because this is happening in the U.S. also. These competitors are finally realizing, they need to work hard, to keep their customers!

That was nice of them. Our cable company doesn't even acknowledge an outage.
