I think that is what this site told me this morning.
It is also what I say to the cats. They go out as soon as I am up in the morning, then about the time I am eating breakfast they are back climbing on the doors wanting in.
I sat and ate my breakfast.
When Mickey and Tinker come in they expect kitty treats because when they come in for the night that is what they are given. So they go in and out and back in all the time hoping to trigger the "gifting of the treats." Tough luck Charlie, and Mickey, and Tink.

@Tampa_girl7 I even bought a cat house for the outside so he can stay there if he likes. He goes to sleep inside the cellar of my neighbors, he goes inside through their cat door.

i'd troubles tryin' to post a discussion yesterday. jest spinned'n spinned.
those critters do get spoilt purty quickly to treats. the pup here knows she gets one 'fter a bath, 'fter we do the evenin' feed 'n 'fter i clip her toenails. 'fter each 'f these thingies, she walks o'er to her biscuits'n waits. diff'rent story't my sweet momma's. she knows she gets one fer jest showin' her sweet face, gonna get 't least 3 more whilst there 'n gets one fer the road. 'n momma wonders why her pup'll not touch her food...the pups a lil porker, eats all those treats throughout the day, so's her hunger button aint pushed.

@crazyhorseladycx So far my cats have been well behaved. They do not get into the trash for people food, either. Tonight they are taking turns laying on the computer desk and typing.

@GardenGerty that's fer certain. this lil pup'f momma's came from a rescue 'fter that big mess with the hurricane/'ftermath floodin' down'n houston. seems she'd been given treats quite oft. she'll sit'n her haunches'n give ya the most pitiful looks. 'nterestin'ly though, she doesn't get 'nto said treats'n her own. momma's got a dish full right next to her chair. the pup here's the same, open box 'f her cookies easily 'ccessible, but doesn't bother 'em.

Yes, they are cute pests. Right now they are taking turns on my computer desk, stepping on keys and getting in the way. Gotta love em.

My sister would give treats constantly. I only give them as a reward for coming in.
