We had curry of eggplant and the roti, which is an tortilla in our dinner. Curds and Pulse were the side dishes we had! May I know what you had or you are going to have in your dinner or lunch?

Pulses are also known as lentils are cooked and fried with some spices! I am posting a picture of raw pulses!

We are in the holiday mood today. Already two cups of Tea + biscuits. We might have mixed vegetables or cottage cheese in a curry. But not 100% sure.

The picture looks delicious. I had a small dish of soup-that's my go-to for lunch. I believe that I'll heat up some roast beef leftovers for supper tonight.

No dinner for us here yet. Last night, we warmed up some canned French onion soup. It was really good. And then we made fettuccini with alfredo sauce and chickpeas. Pretty good. The sauce was store bought.

@AKRao24 It was good. Now I wonder what to eat tonight. Nothing really to make except the same thing we had yesterday. Except that no more French onion soup. Will have to be either tomato soup, minestrone, cream of mushroom, or garden vegetable.

That dish looks and sounds pretty good. I made a stir fry last night using up some leftover pork. I added onions and green peppers to it.

@AKRao24 Nothing. Just the stir fry. It was basically fried rice with pork, onions, and green peppers and some green peas. It was delicious.
