Today´s lunch: a frittata.

Today is Marcia´s day to come. She bends everywhere and took out of the fridge an old zucchini. We pondered on many ways of doing it and finally I came across a frittata.
I had a lot of other veggies. There were sweet peppers, a couple of cauliflower flowerets, leek and bunch onion and tomatos.
So we put them all in a wok while Marcia beat some eggs. Now everything is mixed and in the oven.
Most of it are leftovers. And the eggs are the protein.
I´m sure that my friend Coral ( @TheSojourner ) would love it

It is delicious. There are several sorts of frttatas depending on the ingredients
