I have been teaching online for seven years. I must say it is better than working offline.

I like the flexibility of the online work just like you but I miss working with office colleagues too. On the other hand , office politics and horrible bosses are the things I don't like in working for a company or other institutions. I am fine to keep hustling online now. I enjoy a lot of free time and my time with my baby.

Earning online is the best for me. I can do it any time I want and never have to leave the house. I can help pay the bills plus buy extras. Can't beat that. I can get paid daily too and it is FREE.

I think in general offline work pays much better but online work is certainly convenient if you can find some.

I only ever work offline. I tried rapidworkers but for international workers, they pay so low and many task seems ridiculous (the tasks are difficult and take long time, but the payment is not worth).

I like both actually. Offline work is more stable but online job provide me more freedom. Both have pros and cons. Someone who's pro on online job might say otherwise though.

Since I have both ways of making money, I could not say one is better than the other. I have a permanent job, a business which is requires internet but my clients are those people around my area and my online activities. I earn more from my day job than from my small business and my online work. But I love the freedom my online work is giving me. So for me both are good.

@erictsuma The reason I see why my online earning may not be that high is the amount of time I devote on it. Maybe when I retire from my current work and I still have the energy and the clear eyesight, I can devote my full time with my online work. Online work is the kind of work I never thought of giving up.

Most of my money comes from my offline work, so I have to say if I want to enjoy life and have something to show for my work, I have to keep up more with my offline work even if it is less 'convenient.'

Online needs some niche skills to really stand out. Or by being an investor or entrepreneur.
