Will the next but one Mr President not be a Mr?

Somebody has pointed out a remarkable coincidence between the Presidents of the United States and the Mr Men series of children's books by Roger Hargreaves (the series, which began in 1971, was continued after Roger's death in 1988 by his son Adam). For those of you not in the know, these short picture books each feature a "Mr" who is defined by his character, which is also his name. There have so far been 52 books. There have so far been 45 American Presidents, with the 46th due to be inaugurated next January. Strange to tell, the titles of several of the Mr Men books bear strange resemblances to Presidents who share the same number in the series. Thus Teddy Roosevelt is Mr Strong and Ronald Reagan is Mr Brave. Only one President returned to office after a break. This was Grover Cleveland, or Mr Bounce! Even odder is the sequence of the most recent Presidents. The 43rd President was George W Bush and the 43rd Mr Man was Mr Cheerful. 44th? Mr Cool - Barack Obama. 45th? Mr Rude - Donald Trump! The 46th President will be Joe Biden, who corresponds with Mr Good. But who will come next? The 47th Mr Man was Mr Nobody. So does that mean that the 47th President won't be a Mr at all?

Interesting theory but it could all just coincident but who knows. Maybe Mr. Nobody is just an average Joe, maybe it’ll be a women. Like who’s to stay the next Vice President worn become our future President or any other female. Maybe I’ll be an Hispanic or Asian, who’s to say it’ll won’t be one of our lovely LBTG. That would be cool too!

It was only a bit of fun, and some of the past Presidents don't fit their Mr Men!

Other countries have had very good women Presidents, including my own country. But the US seems to be more conservative.

Let's hope that the 47th President will be a woman, so no Mr., but they will still have a President. I agree that this series reminds a lot the US Presidents.

I see the correlation. But when the presidency comes down to a children's book...I think we must question everything. lol
