Ever get to the point where you're reading text on your computer screen and it's not really sinking in? So you go to be with your cozy comforter and your book, but realize you can't remember what you just read? I'd say that's time for bed.

It happens, when I am reading in bed and I realize the text makes no sense, it's time to sleep.

@TheHorse I had to put down my book, I was tired and I was lost in the plot.

Yep. Last night, I did get a second wind (after typing this brief post) and managed to finish the book I was reading.

It is common I had done that many times before my sleeping time. I will end up having to go back to the previous few chapters.

I keep my tablet by the bed, so when that happens I just turn on the waterfall white noise and go to la-la land.

@TheHorse — me too. They have these machines that provide white noise like streams or rain, but why spend the money when they’re online for free?

@FourWalls they use those noisemakers between offices at a therapy clinics to insure confidentiality. But if I were doing it for sleepytime, I'd use my phone, tablet or computer as well.

@TheHorse You mean it disappears? I wouldn't like that! (Half the time I'm reading books on my phone and the other half I'm reading on my Kindle Fire. They both hurt when I drop them on my face!)
