November 24 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today was a good day. I started therapy on my left knee. It was tough, but it wouldn't be therapy if it were easy. I did get the knee to 90 degrees, so I'm happy about that.
I got an extended therapy schedule after the evaluation this morning. I only had two more sessions otherwise. Now, I have it through the end of the year. I wondered about the two a week. The scheduler said she would talk to the person who did my evaluation and call me. She called and I have three a week like last time, so I'll get the new schedule when I get back there on Friday. I don't have three this week due to the holiday.
So, other than a nap this afternoon, that's what I'm thankful for today. I have exercises to do and I will get that knee to 100 degrees by next week. This leg is stronger than the other was, so I should progress well with it. I'm already better than the first one. My first session last time was 78 degrees. This time it's 90.
My back has been bad all day. Therapy put me through a lot and it affected my back. I finally took a pain med an hour ago and it's starting to feel better. I'm hoping to finish the notifications that have been backed up since I was in rehab. I've lost a lot of notifications, so I'm sorry if I haven't commented on responses.

so glad ya got that therapy straightened out, hon. not so glad 'bout'cher back. perhaps ya can visit with 'em 'bout such friday?
'twas blessed with sunshine 'n blue skies early. which turned to some interestin' clouds all 'round 'n high winds. one'd think a gal'd not be thankful fer such, but wait 'til ya see one 'f the pics i captured!

That is great to hear about how you are doing, and how therapy is going...sorry about the back pain though

I saw on television how some people are lining up to receive food for their family. I feel bad, knowing there are people out there, who don't have enough food:( God has blessed us richly, we always have good, nutritious food to eat.
