He is a LOT better, but still has a lot of recovering to do.

Was your brother infected with the virus?
Hope he recovers soon enough.
Do get the necessary rest. Sleeping is healing.

Yes. It has been about two weeks since he came down with it. He and his wife were exposed by someone she works with, who came to work sick. I have not seen him since August, he lives over 200 miles away.

@GardenGerty I am so sorry. Ghastly the news indeed of the CoViD-19 claiming American lives one every minute. The stronger virus strain must have been too much even for one with a healthy immune system. No matter how careful one is, the dreaded virus can infiltrate. Our prayers always for America.
Hold yourself steadfast, the faithful and the just will overcome.

Good that your brother will be able to go home again and that your PT went well. If I go to bed too early I can't sleep all night. Napping in the day doesn't help either.

@GardenGerty I used to be a night owl but I'm changing into more of an early bird but not that early. I wake most days by seven am rather than sleeping in till nine like I did before.

I wish I slept longer when I rest. It is still a good feeling though.
