My Coconut Flour Cookies / myLot

are delicious. Well, for me but I think those who love sweet cookies don´t like them as they are not sweet at all. No sugar in the dough, only honey. I have baked the coconut cookies this afternoon and I doubled the ingredients. It was easy to make and only baked for 15 minutes. I have baked 36 pieces. The ingredients were coconut flour, melted butter, honey, eggs, baking soda and vanilla flavoring. I didn´t add chocolate chips as it was only an optional ingredient. Next time I will add chocolate chips to the dough before baking. The coconut cookies are not hard like the normal cookies but a bit cakey that people with 3rd teeth could eat them. I have only eaten 3 pieces of these cookies and I was already full. It was very filling. I think it is good when you want to have a diet. I think I will comment later to that site where I got the recipe. Anyway, happy 3rd Advent everyone. Thanks for reading. How I wish I could let you try the cookies. BTW, the coconut flour was produced in my home country, the Philippines and I only know it when I checked the expiration date.

I think I would like your coconut cookies, as I am not a big fan of overly sweet foods. I do have a craving for sugar once in a while but I do not reach out for regular chocolates, I go for my chocolate barks that are sweetened with monkfruit. The ingredients of your cookies don't seem too complicated, I might even try and make it for Christmas instead of the usual sugar cookies.

You sound like me @Raine38. I am not fond of sweets, too but sometimes, I crave chocolate but I eat only the bitter chocolates with 85% chocolate in them. No, it is not complicated. I will send you the recipe that I have found online.

I checked the expiration date before I baked. It was my hubby who bought it so I didn´t know. Yes, it is easy to chew @Cheyee. Catch the cookies, if you can. How I wish I can send some through the internet. Thank you.

@thelme55 my husband never checked anything. Just take and pay. If I ask him to buy brand S, don't buy brand T, he would buy brand T. I don't know if he does it on purpose to annoy me or simply he doesn't catch what I meant.
