Do Boys Grow Up?

Hubby and I went skating this morning. We had the rink to ourselves which is lovely.
Of course skating laps is boring for Hubby. He was shooting pucks at the nets.
He kept shooting pucks near me as I skated. Very annoying. I have asked him not to do it many times.
So, I skated to the puck and put it in my pocket. I told him that if this was school, the puck would stay in my pocket for the rest of recess.
I thought that was a joking way to say his behaviour was childish. And annoying!
Did not work. He just kept doing it. And he can not grasp that it is annoying!
Finally, in an effort to annoy him, I pushed the nets around the rink so he had to replace them.
So, do boys ever grow up? He is 77.
EDIT Hmmm, while I was out yesterday, he went skating without me!

That would annoy me with enough is enough. Too bad your school teacher trick didn't work. I can't use that trick on my husband, because he was a teacher when her first began his career.
No, boys don't ever grow up. We must learn to live with it or kill them.

It sounds like he's gotten into his selective hearing phase. Ya know, the one where we KNOW the man heard us, but he acts like he didn't..

If I tell my husband something annoys me, he says 'That's your problem, not mine!' He does it even more, trying my patients. 'NO!' Most boys never grow up.

I guess they don't our at least some don't. Are you a considerable amount of years younger than him then? I'm impressed that he still skis.

I am 10 years younger. He impresses me too. Really he is still in better shape than I am in many ways.
I hope we get to ski this year as we didn't last year and it will start to seem hard to take up again.
Hopefully skating, cross country skating, and snowshoeing will keep me going.

Haha. Yeah boys like that. Like my husband He really loves to annoys me, like when I'm busy using a computer and do something that i need to be serious my husband keep disturbing me and i said stop I'm answering a questions he laughing and keep disturbing me then when I'm done i annoys him when i see him busy for a revenge haha.

. If you take the puck away, they will find some other way to be annoying. Oh I miss skating!!
