Welcome 2021!
I hope that everyone at their end welcomes the New Year with happy heart. Although the past months were difficult for all of us, we remained strong and survived the challenges. And I think we shall maintain the same attitude to face challenges our lives might be facing ahead. Life is wonderful and let's be prepared for the surprises.
Photo is of the cake I made last night for the New year. I still need a lot to improve. Hope you like it folks.

@thelme55 No coloring added. I was thinking of having a very dark color and I think it's impossible to achieve without the aid of black coloring. Most of the chocolate cakes I made before did not have the color like this. It's all brown even if I used dark cocoa powder. Do you think I have a future for this if will push this hobby to another level? I mean studies.

@hereandthere yes. I'm really amazed with the outcome. It's super moist and I think I will be using that brand of cocoa powder from now on. I need to practice more on the application of the frosting. Plus the dulce de leche filling complements really well.
