What's on your plate for today? January 2nd and I've been awake since 2:30. Of course, I went to bed super early, 6:30, and got 8 hours of sleep.
So far this morning, I've gotten the notifications finished once. Watched a couple of shows, swept and washed the kitchen and bathroom floors, and am here again and it's only 9:30.
I'm planning to go shopping at Aldi this morning. I only want water today and maybe a little something to eat to get through the weekend. I'll do major shopping on Monday as I expect there will be a lot of people out after the holiday.
I'm also planning to work on Vendetta today. I didn't have an opportunity yesterday, so it will be good to get back to it.
So far, that's what's on my plate for today. If possible, I might add in some vacuuming. It all depends on my back after I get the kitchen and bath put back together.

I tested my limits on what I can and can't do. My back held up. My knees are good. The apartment looks great. Now, I'm going to relax my back as the shopping made it cry Uncle.
Isn't it adorable? I love it. It's residing on my bed with my other stuffed animals.

These damn baby Yoda's are everywhere now. Why do they annoy me so? Not sure. Maybe because they are gosh darn cute. Who knows?
BTW, out shopping yesterday and seeing stuffed sloths yet again, the wife asked me, "Why all of a sudden are sloths so popular now?" I shrugged my shoulders, told her I did not know, then quipped, "They have SLOWLY come around for sure."

I've been catching up on my online sites while enjoying my coffee this morning. Soon I will find some lunch then got dishes and picking up the house a bit after that. I did my cleaning yesterday so not much to do today. Then I may go to my boyfriends later today for his families christmas gathering - just his brother brother gf and me and maybe cousin. I'm not really sure to be honest.

You certainly sound ambitious today.
I'm waiting for my coffee to kick in and hopefully give me the energy to start taking down some of the Christmas decorations. I leave the tree up until the 6th but I want to start putting away the other decorations around the house.

We got more snow in Michigan last night. Today's agenda, to get it shoveled off the walkways. Kobe is loving it! We stayed home and had a beautiful Saturday, just the two of us:) Dinner? Fish and baked potato, with cole slaw and string beans.
