One of my latest projects

It's a beautiful day out there. Right now it is 55 degrees and sunny. I am loving it. This is one of my latest pieces of cross stitch. Every stitch was done while in a doctor's waiting room. To me that's quite an accomplishment to stitch something solely while waiting for a doctor of some sort. Hopefully I will be able to finish one of my wall hangings in between the appointments and such. Here's hoping everyone has a happy and healthy day.

That is a good way to spend the time while waiting, I think I should do the same instead of reading a book.

@HazySue I am usually fine reading a book that I like, or doing crosswords.

I am pretty quick with my stitching. Plus, I am always going to one doctor or another.

Since i love to read I certainly like the saying on your book mark. You do such nice cross stitching and I guess doing it in the doctors office makes the waiting time go by

@HazySue I remember being interested in what people would do in a waiting room. Reading and knitting seem to be popular but I haven't been in a waiting room since covid

It does make the time go by quicker. I used to bring a book along to read but have switched to stitching.

That's really pretty. I don't have the patience for cross-stitch. I like to crochet but that's about it.

I used to do crochet. I gave away all of my yarns and crochet hooks.

That is nice. You make use of your time and being productive instead of just waiting your turn and getting bored.

When you sit there staring at a wall waiting for your turn the time seems to drag on.
