Enjoying A Cara Cara Orange

I have talked about these sweet seedless oranges before, called Cara Cara. Picked up another bag at the store the other day. They are the best. Such a sweet flavor, with not as much acid as regular navel oranges. Perfect with no seeds as well. A great snack I would recommend. Of course any kind of fruit makes a good healthy snack.

I may have had one of these one time a long while ago. I do recall it was very tasty and juicy.

Nature does not make seedless fruit or other plants @CarolDM so when you buy seedless it is definitely a GMO product.

@caroldm Never heard of them, but that reminds me that I haven't eaten an orange for a while - this is the season for Seville oranges and I must buy some.

@CarolDM In my language, this fruit is called 'Grejpfrut' what I do know is that it should not be consumed with a certain type of medication because the medication loses its effectiveness

We call them "sanguinelle" here, they are navel oranges with a pink flesh.

I do love oranges. Most of the ones we have here are grown locall in NZ or come from Australia. I've not heard of cara cara oranges before.
