Cool weather and pain relief patches

It has been a week since I feel the warm of sun. The weather is always gloomy And cool (chill at night). And for past few days my muscle hand (and probably bones) feels hurt. I often feel this every time the temperature goes low. And I know this is time for pain relief patches. I always use pain relief patch to handle my muscles pain. I know some people chose using muscle cream or hot oil. But I can't do that. It was too hot for me, my skin will be red and itchy. So my option are just pain relief patches and cajuput oil. How about you? What team do you belongs to? Pain relief patches? Hot oil? Or muscle cream? Photo of pain relief patch (with my hand as cameo)

Jay uses muscle cream, which is for cramps in his legs. On his lower back Jay uses the patches, also.

I have tried them when I had pain caused by shingles, they are expensive but really good.

@Cheyee I know that those patches helped me a lot because the pain from Shingles is really bad.

Yes, also doesnt cause any mess on my bed. Cream makes my bed smell like the cream itself. And sometimes the cream stains my bedsheet

Salonpas patch
I use pain relief patches. Especially during the time of the months. And since my tummy would trouble up now and then, they're helpful as well. I usually buy it in bulk.

Sometimes I have back pain after I get home from work. Pretty either uses a muscle cream on my back or she puts a pain relief patch on my back. Both work well for me. (Pain relief patches are more expensive, so most of the time she uses the muscle cream on me.)

@Cheyee Private masseuse. I'm going to tell Pretty you said that! We have to be very careful what type of pain relief creams we purchase for me. Some, like Icy Hot, will give me burns, just like if I stayed outside in the sun too long. (I have been known to sunburn after only 20 minutes in the sun.)

@DaddyEvil what is wrong with private masseuse? I kind of figure it out from pretty's skin. She has really fair skin. And fair skin tends to get sunburn so easily.

I like it. It's handy and free of mess. And doesnt cause any skin irritation for me.
