We have three children staying with us but they go home today. We will take them to Busselton, Western Australia, and while there, may take the opportunity to call in on a friend who lost her husband recently. We have to be back in Bunbury by 5pm to pick up Vince’s brother and his wife. We’re going to a film at the International Film Festival. The film is called Corpus Christi and I think it might be a Spanish film. Perhaps I’ll review it another day. We’ll take the couple home and might return to go to a second film or just come home. We have a concert to go to tomorrow evening and another film to see on Sunday. As you might have guessed, we’re not in lockdown here. It’s business pretty much as usual. Corpus Christi is a Polish move (Corpus Christi is Latin, it means Jesus Body). I have read about this movie, I am perplexed.

It is one of the films being shown as part of the International Film Festival. It was shown with subtitles. The other one we saw tonight was Another Round which was a Danish film.

Oh wow, so has Australia had a reduction of covid cases? We're not exactly on lockdown but we've been asked to wear masks when in public areas both indoors and outdoors and to stay at least 6 feet apart.

@rebelann I can hardly believe we've been so fortunate. Those coming in from overseas have to quarantine as well as those coming in from some states.

They are our god-daughter's children. They are 14, 13 and 9 so they are easy really to look after.

aha! y'all survived the invasion 'f lil people :) hope all'd a grand time, no doubt they'll 've many fond memories 'f such. did'ja get to stop'n visit with yer friend? if'n so, i'm sure she 'njoyed the break. those distractions most needed. hope ya 'njoyed the film, got the 'pportunity to sneak'n that 2nd'un. i marvel 't all the beautiful statues y'all've 'round those lil towns/cities. here they'd either be stolen 'r vandalized. too many thugs'n this town. thrilled y'all're able to get out'n 'bout! we're still't 'red level' here, ventures 're few.

Yes, we survived and got to visit our friend. She had a daughter staying there so that was good. We are certainly lucky with the pandemic.

We are not in lockdown here either but bars and restaurants are only opened for take out here til the 1st of February unless our governor extends it. I hope you enjoy your film.

No, there is no lockdown here. We are mostly functioning as normal. Some people coming into the state have to quarantine for a fortnight.

We got home not long ago after achieving all we set out to, including seeing two films. Tomorrow we don't have to be anywhere till about 6pm.
