Sometimes I need energy after activating and I happen to have chicken satay, the sauce will make you addicted. But unfortunately I only have two sticks for tonight. Do you know about chicken satay?

@happylearner I have tried all satay except horse or rabbit satay, of which there are special spices for each region. I was curious and peeked at them in serving it.

@May2k8 Actually I've only ever tasted 2 kind of satay, they are Madura and Padang so I don't know the seasoning of other kind of satay and yes, padang and madura seasoning are so different.
