January 19 - What I'm Thankful for Today

It's been an okay day.
I'm thankful I got into the pool this morning, but I messed up my right hip so the fitness center was out. I did work out when I got home.
I'm thankful for the nap I took this morning. I was awake at midnight and up at one. I had a full morning before I left for the Y.
I'm thankful I have the notifications done. It's time to get off the computer and find something to eat. I know it's fish, halibut. I'm thinking about a potato too.
That's my day. Time to relax with TV before I go to bed in a couple of hours. What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.

I am thankful for getting through another day and that it warmed up a bit. Still have lots of things to organize on my laptop but as they say, tomorrow is another day, I hope you have a relaxing evening

I am thankful that today was a warm day and that despite losing internet for two hours due to a repair from the cable company this afternoon my day is okay.

I'm thankful for another sunny day. I am thankful that while the temps didn't skyrocket, they worked out. I'm thankful I finally got some of the dishes done. I still need to run the dishwasher, but I got tired standing at the kitchen counter taking a serve. So I'm resting. At least I can type while I rest, so there's that.

bummer ya messed 'p yer hip, hon. 'd hoped those days were 'hind ya.
the sun finally peek out from the clouds close to sunset. made a gasket fer my water line'n such seems to be successful (not countin' my chickens 'fore the eggs hatch). gonna make more gaskets fer all the lines'n the house, get one put'n the laundry hot water line hopefully tomorrow. thankful the hubs took my 'dvice 'n sobered. ya know, so i didn't need to plead temporary insanity. thingies went much smoother once such happened.

'twas sunny here today, though a tad chilly with the winds. thus far the gaskets're holdin'. gonna do a load with warm water'n the morn, see how that line reacts. neither 're leakin', but such 'twas that way prior to my 'test drive' prior. too tired to tackle plumbin' today. the knees said no, the hands joined'n.
he made'p fer such, 'twas toasted by daylight....'t least 'twas civil.

Thankful for the sunny day, the exercise I got walking around Walmart along with the walk there and back and that my brother-in-law loved the soup I made for dinner using ground beef, onions and 3 cans of Progresso vegetable, vegetable soup so much he ate over 3 bowls and I had to get sister to bring in another can so that she and brother would have enough soup for their dinner when they came in from work.

I am sorry that you hurt your hip. I hope it feels better.
I am thankful for hymns. I've been posting some of my favorite chorus's on fb lately. I find thinking about a song, a hymn before I go to sleep helps me sleep a little better. I've never been a great sleeper, awake many times through the night and this seems to get me into a deeper sleep to start off with.
