This is my 3rd day with jumping rope. I only start at 200 jumps per day and would increase slowly when my body get use to it. I think I will involve with more physical activities nowadays. One thing that I was not paying with attention in the past.

I used to enjoy skipping a lot. Now I am not allowed to. My husband and girls still do it.

@ZedSmart It's a good physical exercise if you can carry on with that. It's fun too.

@arunima25 Yes, I choose this one instead of walking and jogging because I can do it at home anytime without the need to wake up very early in the morning.

Yes, it's not advisable to all of us for some reasons.

I used to be able to do skipping ropes non-stop too, but now that I have lots of jiggly parts it's more painful to do. I have to resort to more calming exercises.

Yes, time will come that we should slow down a bit in our physical activities to avoid the risk of hurting our body and injury.

I agree but I will try to include it in daily activities because I can't always go for hiking and jogging.

I loved jumping ropes, but inside is not a good idea and outside is too cold now.

Perhaps you can when weather is a little bit better and tolerable.

I couldn't jump rope now if you paid me. We used to call it 'skipping'.

I understand. It would be risky for you now to do it Ms. Judy.

I'm still young and I can still do that, this sport is really draining energy.
