roasted chicken

I have a chicken in the oven.

i have not been feeling well lately. Fortunately when my granddaughter came yesterday, I had nice food to thaw for her. I just had to cook some rice. I also told the trainer not to come, but she will come today. I did tell her though that she would have to do some massotherapy in the aching part. As she will come this evening, I have to clean my bedroom a bit. These late days the bed had become a sort of lion´s den. I thawed a whole chicken and put it in the oven (just salt and butter on it). I can eat all I want hot or cold. Roasted chicken SAVES!!!

I love roasted chicken. It's one of my go to's. There is just so much you can do with roasted meat. I like it hot or cold as well.

I prefer the taste of grilled chicken to fried or braised. The flesh is also softer when eaten. The photos are very appetizing.
