January 27 - What I'm Thankful for Today

It's been a good day.
I'm thankful I woke up today with my cold gone. I had a lot of fruit yesterday. I'm also thankful that with all the fruit I ate, what I gained on the scale, I lost. I'm back to 175.8. I was at 177 yesterday.
I'm thankful for the work I got done on Vendetta. I have one more scene to write and I'll have all the dots connected and the fix completed. At least that's how it's looking.
I'm thankful for the e-mail I got this morning. I got a royalty payment this month. When I looked for when it was for, it surprised me further. They were holding it back two months. This time it was for last month. 
That's my day besides watching a movie. I finished The Hobbit trilogy. I didn't go to the Y this morning. My back and hip bothered me. It was hard moving this morning. I'm not taking Ibuprofen at the moment. When I did a couple of nights ago it caused a lot of pain. I know it's a hard painkiller. So, I'm trying to work through the pain. I'm doing very well right now. I'm planning to go back tomorrow morning. I also have two back-to-back appointments in the morning right after the Y. My last appointment with Orthopedics, and the chiropractor. I also want to check to see if my watch is ready. It's been three weeks. They said it would be 3-4 weeks. I hope it's ready. I sent it in for a good cleaning and a new battery.

Thank you. It was an interesting end to the day. My phone decided to work. My older son called and talked for half an hour. Considering my phone doesn't work well anymore, it was a surprise he got through. It was a good conversation.
That's good you saw a friend on a Judge Judy show.

That's a lot to be thankful for. Which is a good thing. Good Luck tomorrow.
I'm thankful I got in and out today without running into any creeps. I am thankful it was warm and cozy, temps are supposed to really drop tonight). I'm thankful I got a good workout in today.

I'm thankful that all the rain we're having means fewer wildfires this summer.

I hate you had back and hip trouble, that's really painful. Glad you got a check, that's always nice. Keep up the good work. I go to town tomorrow, think I'll buy s lot of fruit. You made it sound so good.

Thank you. The pain is gone this morning and I'm going back to the Y shortly.
I need to stock up on more fruit too.

I hope that by skipping the Y this morning you'll be in less pain to go in the morning. Congratulations on getting your royalty check, that is a nice surprise.
I am thankful for my dear friend being such a wonderful hair dresser and cutting my wavy thick hair this morning. Boy did I need it. Haven't had one since August.

A royalty check, what a blessing you received early this morning:) You're able to endure this pain, even without medication. God is faithful and175.8, that's wonderful!

That is all good to hear. That's great about the weight loss and being rid of the cold. Sorry that your back and hip were bothering you...hope that's better tomorrow...and your back to back appointments go well.
I have one appointment tomorrow and can't wait till it's over.
