Egg Fried Rice.

That was our breakfast this morning. We had a late breakfast at around 9:30am. Saturday is the day I can wake up a bit late. I do not have any left over dish so my fried rice is just with eggs and onion leeks. I usually put some leftover meat dish in the fried rice. What's your breakfast/lunch/dinner?

We had English muffins with jam and yogurt with berries for breakfast. This sounds more like a lunch.

That looks good. I just had some oatmeal and a small sweet roll for breakfast. Not sure yet what else I will eat today.

I want to try oatmeal too but I usually eat heavy breakfast and light lunch or mo rice for lunch and dinner

As long as I can forget there is rice in it, I like egg fried rice. I made spaghetti with meatballs for dinner today.

I want to eat nasi lemak now. Lil Bro got it from the stall. It's too cold to move so I am a bit lazy. Tomorrow, cold or not, I have to cook. It's back to work tomorrow.

@rakski it's rice cooked with coconut milk. It will be eaten with either fried chicken, chicken sambal, fried anchovies, cucumber, plain sambal and much more variety. Nasi lemak is one of the most popular breakfast here.

I like the dry fried rice before when I was a young kid compared to what the usual fried rice we have nowadays which is a bit soft. Whenever I have breakfast at Jollibee I always order fried rice with egg and corned beef. I don’t like the way the egg is cooked though and eye prefer corned beef which is dry and sort of crunchy. How’s your sister in the US?

Her headache is gone, throat still itchy and she lost her sense of smell but somehow she can still taste the food. Other than that she is okay. Se started with antibiotics

@sunrisefan yes please. I would really appreciate that. We just video called, she said some of her taste is gone. She can only taste banana and oranges and also the ampalaya but the other taste is not that much there. But still no fever whatsoever
