Of course, the expensive bottle of bubbly has a little bit to do with it. You see, I'm celebrating. What you ask? Why life of course. I've accomplished many small achievements lately and this has left me feeling quite elated and not to say proud of myself. I'm eating a delicious store bought pizza "reduced for quick sale" for dinner with the wine. I added tomato paste, pepperoni, anchovies, mushrooms, sun dried tomato and cheese to the pizza, using up the mushrooms that were starting to dry out. It tastes so good as a reward for the great work I've been doing. Everywhere I look I can see and feel the results of my hard work. I've stuffed myself with 3 slices of pizza so there is plenty left for brekky, lunch and dinner tomorrow. Yippee! Life is grand! Image by Igor Ovsyannykov from Pixabay
