Blueberry pancakes

I am going to make blueberry pancakes to go with our egg casserole tonight. We are having some odd days. Taking care of business every way we can. Blueberry pancakes sound like a treat. We shall see if the internet stops at 8:00 again tonight.

It has been doing that often for the last two weeks. I am told by one of the service desks that it is "maintenance" due to "improvements" to the infrastructure due to three companies combining.

@GardenGerty For us, we don't even get a warning - they just do it whenever. And usually it's in the morning . . . don't know when or for how long - and it's annoying. I hope they get completely done soon!

Good question, but for several evenings that is what had happened. I am told it is "maintenance" for the merging of the three companies.

Those do sound like a treat! We're also having a "breakfast for dinner" night, but we're having French toast casserole with scrambled eggs and bacon. I had hot dog buns that were going stale and either some kind of bread pudding (like a French toast casserole) is my usual way to use up stale bread.

I end up putting stale bread into stuffing/dressing most often. Mostly with turkey or chicken chunked up into it.
