Tidying and resting

That is what I will do after church today, I will tidy and rest.
It is very cold, and there is light snow falling.
Later today the US will watch The Superbowl.
I will just hang out.
Do some stuff I want to do at work.
We will buy a pizza on our way home. Hubby can watch in style, with his favorite food.
I mopped this morning but need to mop more.
I am getting pinto beans ready to cook, I rinsed and parboiled them. I will cook them today so we can eat them tomorrow.
I visited my sister by phone, because it is too cold.
It is time for us to leave now.

I hope not as well. I notice in a few places people are more lax than they have been. My church is an example. It seems people do not wear masks. They do not get closer than six feet to one another, though.

@GardenGerty At least they're keeping apart which is good. We have to log in to wherever we go in case they need addresses/phone numbers for tracing purposes. We're not required to wear masks though.

We have a turkey cooking to have for our dinner tonight. Hopefully it will be done before I have to go bowling so I can eat beforehand. If not it's something to come home and look forward 2 :)

Our hopes were dashed. Hubby had of course wished for Packers to make it to the Super Bowl.

@GardenGerty That was my hope too. I saw the score yesterday morning and felt sorry for the Chiefs. I really wanted them to win. I heard it wasn't a good game and even included a streaker.

Do you usually watch the superbowl? Or just the supperbowl? Would hubby normally watch it with friends?

No, hubby was afraid to go anywhere. He wanted to root for Brady and that is not good when you are in Chief's Country. If we cannot get it on television here, he usually misses it. Years ago we went to a church that would have "Souper Bowl" activities. Soup and invite friends to watch on a projection screen. I do not watch foot ball.

I’m having lunch, and I’m going to go pick a few things up at the grocery, because I think I’ve found what’s causing my stomach problems.....(too early to tell for sure, but I’m going to experiment!)
